Registered Representatives

Candidates must be Series 7, 55 and 63 licensed. Duties include, but are not limited to, placing customers' trades, verifying trades, and informing customers of trade details. By possessing solid market knowledge and strong communication and customer service skills, the myTrack Registered Rep is able to succeed in handling customer orders in high-pressure, high-traffic times.

Operations Representative

The Operations Representative utilizes his/her communication, customer support, computer literacy, and market knowledge skills to help the customer in a wide variety of areas including researching and resolving customer trade inquiries, trade discrepancies, and customer account balance discrepancies.

• ensuring new accounts are opened and activated;
• ensuring the orderly transfer of accounts; and
• general account maintenance.

• funding of new and existing accounts including handling withdrawal/disbursement requests of cash or securities.
