Market Data Referrals
For every friend that you refer and he/she opens a market data account you will earn
$50.00 once that account has remained open and the referred has paid for either Silver, Gold or Platinum plans
over a 3 consecutive month period. No multiple generations.
Of the $50.00, 20% will be paid upfront as soon as a valid credit card number is given and verified.
The remainder will be paid upon the continuation of the account for 3 months.
To enter the referral program download myTrack
from our download page and register as a member. When
logged on to myTrack press the "Referral" button on the main monitor screen. You
will be presented with a menu of choices to add, display, and delete referrals. You refer
someone based on their e-mail address and can choose to send the referral anonymously.
When you submit a referral, you will receive e-mail acknowledging your referral and the
referee will receive e-mail a short time later introducing myTrack and indicating where to
go to download the program.
Active Trading Customer
An active trading customer is defined as a new customer with a TDSC account that has
remained funded for 3 months with a minimum of 3 commission generated trades per month.
Active Data Customer
An active data customer is defined as a new customer who had paid for Silver, Gold, or Platinum
(not Basic)over a period of 3 consecutive calender months.
The first week of each month, Track sends out checks to myTrack members who have referral bonuses due. You will receive 20% of your bonus when the friend you refer opens and funds his brokerage account or opens his paid market data account. After three months if your friend meets the requirements of an “Active Referral Trading Customer” or an “Active Referral Data Customer” (see below for definitions), you will receive the other 80% of your bonus.
A person is not permitted to refer himself using another e-mail
address or to in any way misrepresent the referees. Referrals are expected to be made to
qualified and valid e-mail addresses. If a referrer is found to be submitting invalid
e-mail addresses, or otherwise misusing this program he will be removed from the referral
program and forfeit any cash rewards at the sole discretion of Track Data Corporation.
Track Data Corporation reserves the right to change these terms
without notice. A change in these terms will only apply forward of the date the change is
made.
TICN and other investment clubs are not eligible for the Referral Program.
